Hey gorgeous! So, you’ve booked your Brazilian wax—amazing! Whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned pro, giving your skin some extra love before and after waxing makes all the difference. Think of it as your personal spa ritual to keep your skin happy, smooth, and glowing.


Here’s everything you need to know to get the most out of your wax.



Pre-Care: Prep Like a Pro


  1. Buff It Out with a Detox Scrub


    Start by gently exfoliating your skin a day or two before your appointment. A detox scrub works wonders to sweep away dry, flaky skin and clear out clogged pores. Your skin will feel silky and fresh, setting the stage for a smoother waxing experience. Plus, who doesn’t love that radiant glow?

  1. Hydrate with Detox Oil

Dos and Don’ts for Post-Wax Perfection


DO:

  • Slip into loose, comfy clothes to let your skin breathe. Think soft cotton or breezy fabrics.

  • Hydrate your skin daily with a light oil or moisturizer—hello, detox oil!

  • Gently exfoliate 3-4 days AFTER your wax to keep ingrown hairs away.

  • Stay out of the sun, hot tubs, and saunas for at least 24-48 hours to protect your skin.

DON’T:

  • Touch, scratch, or pick at your skin—it’s extra sensitive and needs some peace!

  • Use heavy lotions, fragrances, or anything that might clog your pores.

  • Shave between waxes. Trust me, sticking to your wax schedule is so worth it.

  • Hit the gym right after waxing. Sweat and friction aren’t your skin’s besties right now.
